Ingredients
  • 1 red beet, raw, peeled and chopped
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger juice, optional
  • 1 cup water
Instructions
  1. In a high powered blender, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
